Today was Awesomely great, my parent and i go Promenade Hotel Fitness.
got Gym, Sauna, Chaguchi 'watever it spell' n i do all hahaha, very nice lah the sauna i enjoy sweating ^^, after all this i feel like sliming down liao hahaha "begitu cepat?!"....

Nah~ the sauna, Very nice & Hot but i only enjoy it for only 20minits
coz my dad are rushing to go meet someone *sigh* *.*lll....
